Each operation shows its credit cost before you confirm. Transparent billing — you pay only for what you use.
Do credits expire?
One-time credits are valid long-term. Every new purchase or subscription automatically refreshes your entire balance, extending its validity to 1 year from the date of the new order. Subscription credits vary by billing cycle.
What uploads are supported? Any size limits?
We support common image uploads. Size limits vary by model: most support up to 20MB, while some are limited to 10MB. Please follow the upload prompt shown in the current workflow.
Am I charged credits if processing fails?
Failed jobs do not consume credits in the final result. Credits may be reserved when a job starts and are automatically refunded if processing fails.
Do you offer enterprise discounts?

Do one-time credit packs auto-renew?
No. One-time credit packs are single purchases with no auto-renewal. Once credits are used up, you'll need to purchase again.
