Acceptance of Terms
By using Vismint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Service Description
Vismint provides a web-based platform and related services, which may include AI-assisted processing, billing, credits, and storage features.
User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
- Use services for legitimate purposes only
- Don't upload copyrighted material without permission
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
- Respect intellectual property rights
Prohibited Content
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive material (including but not limited to violence, adult content, hate speech)
- Content that violates others' rights (copyright infringement, trademark infringement, etc.)
- Spam or malicious content
- Content intended to deceive or mislead
- Important: For prohibited content, the system will refuse processing and may result in account suspension. No credits will be deducted but service privileges may be affected
Service Availability
- Services provided "as is" without warranty
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee continuous availability
- Features may be updated or discontinued with notice
Credits and Billing
- Each operation may consume credits; applicable costs will be shown before you confirm
- Failed processing does not consume credits, ensuring you only pay for effective service
- Purchases: We offer various purchasing options, which may include credit packs or subscriptions depending on your selection
- Expiration: Validity of credits is subject to the terms displayed at purchase. Typically, one-time credit packs offer long-term validity
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD. Taxes (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
- Refunds subject to our refund policy
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
By making a purchase, you agree to contact Support first to resolve any issues. You agree that initiating a chargeback (dispute) without prior communication or for validly delivered digital goods constitutes a breach of these Terms.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to:
- Permanently suspend your account and all associated data
- Dis pute the chargeback with evidence of your usage logs and agreement to these terms
- Recover any dispute fees incurred
Waiver of Cooling-off Period (Digital Goods)
You acknowledge that the services (Digital Credits / AI Generation) are immediate digital deliverables. By using the credits to generate images, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal or cooling-off period where applicable by law.
Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to your original content
- We retain rights to our AI models and technology
- Output generated for you belongs to you (subject to your original content rights)
Limitation of Liability
- Service provided without warranty of any kind
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months
Privacy

Termination
- Either party may terminate with reasonable notice
- We may suspend service for violations of these terms
- Data deletion follows our privacy policy
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
